One of the luckiest things that happend to us during our travels in India, was to be invited to a Hindu wedding in Hyderabad. We were able to take part in the wedding and the preparations of the bride and groom the day before. Like most things in India, there were always lots of people around- and lots of food, but I am still not too good at eating with my right hand while sitting cross-legged on the floor. Everyone treated us like we were part of the celebrations- as if we were old friends that they hadn’t seen in a long time. Indian hospitality is second to none and I have to thank Annapurna and Himadeep for the kindness they showed us.
